Yes. For wholesale products, we can send you samples directly for quality checking and market testing. For customized products, we can make and provide samples after you pay the sample fee.
5. How much to make a custom sample?
Sample cost varies from different styles/designs, for example, sublimation leash sample and pure color nylon leash sample may cost differently, a collar sample and a harness sample may cost differently.
The costs = material sourcing cost + labour cost + shipping cost + accessory/printing cost
6. How long will it takes to make a custom-made sample?
Generally it will take 7-10days to have custom sample after you confirm the sample order. You can receive sample in 3-5working days by express delivery.
7. What is your MOQ (minimum quantity)?
We offer flexible minimum order quantity.
For wholesale orders, MOQ is 10 pieces/color/model/size, which is very small. Because we are going to support small and medium business.
For OEM/ODM/Custom/Private Label orders, MOQ is different for different kinds of products, generally 600 pieces per product (3 colors can be mixed).
8. Can I add my own logo/label/tags?
Yes, of course you can. It has to open mold for some types of logo. We can discuss in detail.
9. How can I pay for you ?
We accept payment by T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alipay and Wechat Pay.
