4. Can you provide samples?
Yes. For wholesale products, we can send you samples directly for quality checking and market testing. For customized products, we can make and provide samples after you pay the sample fee.
5. How much to make a custom sample?
Sample cost varies from different styles/designs, for example, sublimation leash sample and pure color nylon leash sample may cost differently, a collar sample and a harness sample may cost differently.
The costs = material sourcing cost + labour cost + shipping cost + accessory/printing cost
6. How long will it takes to make a custom-designed sample?
Generally it will take 15-20days to have custom sample after you confirm the sample order. You can receive sample in 5 working days by express delivery.
7. What is your MOQ (minimum quantity)?
We offer flexible minimum order quantity.
For wholesale orders, MOQ is 10pieces/color/model/size, which is very small. Because we are going to support small and medium business.
For OEM/ODM/Custom/Private Label orders, MOQ is 600 – 1000 pieces per product generally.
8. Can I add my own logo/label/tags?
Yes, of course you can. It has to develop mold for some types of logo. We can discuss in detail.
9. How can I pay for you ?
We accept payment by T/T, L/C, Western Union, Alipay and Wechat Pay.
